Unfortunately, most retailers were already sold out of the collectors editions before the release. For example Amazon was already sold out when i called to try and have it replace. The told me that they do not carry the item anymore and so they would happily refund me but that doesn't solve the problem of me, ordering the item 3 months in advance and not having the item i desired.
I got an email back from amazon and they basically said the same thing. The best I'm able to get out of it is a 30% refund. I'll probably go ahead and take that and then super glue the thing back together...
Looks like if your statue is broken you can't get a replacement. At least if you got it through amazon.

Please submit a ticket with Support and they'll get you straightened out.
Edit: To be clear, our Support team, not Amazon.

Scrolls comments, yeah things break. Why do you think tags my MODs or devs has anything to do with manufactured and sold items. These folks have no impact whatsoever.
That's why you contact support from whomever your purchased it from.
If you guys have issues with your Dwarven Colossus Statue you should contact the retailer you purchased your CE Game from. If you purchesed it from the bethesda online store you can contact support here.
[Edited to provide link to our online store]

Nice looking Statue though. I am sure they will offer refunds.
Meh I assemble Resin models from forge world...if mine shows up broke unless it's shattered. I can make it look factory new in an hour.
It actually easier than the hassle of returns

You do get that they don't make the statues at ZoS right?
Three companies in China produce these type of Collectors models and two others in the U.S. usually does the packaging.
It still falls on ZOS to ensure that the products they are selling meet QA standards.
