Endless Login Loading Screen Problem.

After signing into the game, I am receiving the endless loading circle of doom. Can't even make it to the character screen.

It wouldn't even patch before, took me restarting my computer for it to finally patch the game without errors.

Before anyone replies, here is what I have done:
>Shut Down my Computer and restarted it
>Checked issues with internet (Stable; 75/mbs Down, 20mb/s Up)
>Restarted my modem just in case.
>Let it repair the game and redo any patches
>Used CCleaner to remove any unwanted data (or simply clean the system)

Results: Same, no matter how many times I try to login.

EDIT: Next step is to completely reinstall, or trick the launcher into repairing by deleting files and making it replace them.

Anyone else having this issue? If any light can be shone what so ever it would be nice. Thanks in advance.

What I did fixed it. Go to the directory of where the game is installed, Select some game files in the data folder, delete them (one or two), and delete the eso.exe.

Open up launcher, and click on the tool above the announcements and click "Check for updates" and then "Repair".

Fixed it for me.

I've had this before with this game and others. This game takes especially long to load after a patch though, a very long time. You may have to be very patient, but if it takes more than 5 minutes then you may only have one option....
...reinstall the game.

Now, that's not as bad as you think if you prepare ahead of time.
I actually copy a working version of the game folder, with all the files inside, to a flash drive that is big enough before updating on any major patch. All I have to do is uninstall then copy paste the files back and attempt the patch again if it failed the first time to run well.
I do this mainly because of slow internet, but if yours is faster than 10mbps top end then you may have better luck with a full redownload, or at least install from disc first.
