vHoF - Valkyns Skoria Set didn't proc once.

The two piece bonus of the Valkyns Skoria monster set didn't work throughout vHoF. It did not proc once, while I made sure to apply multiple DoTs throughout the fights (blockade / liquid) etc..
Apologies for the german screenshots, but you will be able to see the important part: the valkyns skoria monster set deals around 800-2000 DPS (you can see on the combat logs in this DPS range) - yet there were no skoria procs at all. I went through my previous fight logs of this trial run and noticed it never proc'd. I definitely was wearing it. I got the 5-1-1 (heavy / medium / light) undaunted passives throughout the entire trial. I didn't swap gear with any gear swap addons.
EDIT: unequipping + reequipping the monster set fixed it for me, however I think this bug shouldn't be in the game.
