IC flags not giving increase Offensive ticks on xbox

I play Xbox and frequent IC.I usually run in a 2-4 man if we lucky 6 if everyone gets on.Last couple of weeks me and @Ron_Burgundy_79 has noticed that IC flag no matter how many people you kill on the flag only give 1.5k when flipped.Is this intended?IF you take a keep the tic will increase the more people you kill are IC flag different?
