4 months of paid content being broken is not acceptable and the fact that there is no communication is even less acceptable. Like seriously, the worst part about it, is that you keep telling us that "we don't know how to fix it" well FYI the crashes and freezes happen in the exact same spots as in Shadows of the Hist update (where vMol was also broken for 3 months) which must be saying something about the problem, right? At this point, anything you say is just an excuse for not working fast enough. I refuse to believe that a company like this can't fix freezes in 4 months time. If you really can't that must be saying something about competency. This whole thing should have taken 1 month at most to fix ffs.

I mean dude, we even made characters with vMolBroken names, damn it.

2 different teams are used for bug fixing and for creating new content. So that whole thing you wrote is crap.

Making différents teams that works on différents projects.

I think people are misunderstanding my previous statement. I am in no way defending or excusing this broken organization. It was indictment. They run the company as if they have one team that does everything. They have enough money to hire the appropriate staff, but they operate like they have a shoestring staff budget.

Hate to say it, But as long as players keep spending money whether its Crown Store or buying Morrowind then fixing bugs will never be a high priority. Why fix stuff when making new content or crown store items is more profitable.

Would like to agree you but its false : people are already leaving the game, turning OFF their ESO+ sub, so many "long game people" (i mean those who start at the beginning) that are now leaving and not buying new trial, etc.

I mean when you see that a guild like Vitality (one of the top guilds on EU on all leaderboards) is struggling to find a team for Morrowind, it means something right? Its ridiculous, there were only 4-5 guilds that were really into the whole leaderboards and competition thing, but now? Looks like the raiding community is gone

Pfft.

The lag in the game, in the regular every-day PvE areas is so bad, I haven't even given a thought to Trials. I get DC'd in *** Delves if there's too many people farming a Delve Boss.

I have no interest in trying a Trial, where forward progress is so much more important, and getting DC'd for no other reason than just trying to fulfill my Role in the Group.

This game is such a broken mess...

But it HAS been a great motivation for trying out some other games that have been gathering dust in my hard drive. Those games have been great, ESO? Not so much.

And the lack of attention/discussion from ZOS has just been the added 'kick in the nuts" that finishes off the situation ever so beautifully.

I wonder if this is a case of ESO spaghetti code making it difficult to optimize the game for the Xbox's pathetic hardware, or a case of ZOS not having the resources to fix it (because Zenimax won't give them a proper budget).

Time will tell. If it's broken still go to ms and get a refund or go back to store and get a refund if it's still broken.

Shouldn't have expected any less. Maybe that's why hof is easy. Makes it easier for them over fixing *** product.

I'm on PC but I have followed the XBox One woes with interest. I'm sorry for you guys. If you asked for nerfs and not for bug fixes I'm sure ZOS would have reacted months ago.

Anyone tested Maw yet?

I hope they just forgot to put the fix in Patch Notes.

Some people in my guild are reporting friends managed to clear first boss without any disconnects. Don't know if it is actually fixed or just because very few people are trying Maw right now.

This is why I didn't pre-order Morrowind or buy it. This is also why I stopped playing 3 months ago and now only occasionally check the forums - and even this is getting pretty boring.
