The support system for ESO is somewhere between a mirage and a skeleton crew. There is no phone line. There is no chat system. Everything is funneled to tickets, which are then ignored for days or weeks without any response. And since there is no other way to contact them, you can't even complain about it. You can only make another ticket stating your problem again.
What can we do to encourage ZOS to support their game? Vote with our wallet and just stop buying things till they can support it? Or maybe the opposite lol, buy and hope those funds eventually go to a support system that matches their game? Make ESO+ get support or a Support: Collector's Edition DLC?
I'm at a loss. Barely populated free-to-play MMOrpg's have support you can call, chat, and get help right away. For all we pay, we have nothing here.
