ESO is B2p, which means you are always active now the sub is just called ESO+ which just provides benefits now including

    10% xp to everything about
    Dlc content
    Crafting bag
    2x Storage now
    and a bit more.

But yes your account is always active now since its technically not a Sub to play game anymore.

The game is B2P (Buy to Play) so as long as you've bought a legit copy of the game and the servers are up, you will be able to play - the issue right now is that the servers are down for regular Monday maintenance :) Try again in a few hours.

It's 1500 crowns a month, 500 CC is from Swtor not Eso

Veteran levels got removed some time ago, now you get to level 50 and from there you start getting champion points, that are account open, which means you can use them on all your characters and they improve your characters on certain skills.

Veteran levels are now gone, if you were V2 before you should be level 50 and have 20 champion points (on keyboard you can allocate those points by pressing = to bring up the champion point screen) - it is a lot easier now than under the previous veteran system, and champion points are account-wide - so if you started a new character you could allocate the same number of champion points on the new character.

well its a bit *** cause u wanna be more than 50... and improve as u can...
if for example i've got a 15 lvl players and got 50 lvl players and he has like 100 champion points
can i imort those points to the 15 lvl and benift him with them?
what exactly can i do with those points ?

how long does the maintenance regularly takes?

    http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Champion+System

    There you go!

And yeah, you can allocate your champion points on every character, they dont need to be lvl 50, you just start getting them after level 50 instead of leveling up. If you earned 30 champion points on one character, you can also use them on your level 15 characters.

If your highest character has 100 champion points, then each of your other characters has 100 champion points, they each have 100 points that you can allocate to them separately.

Maintenance isn't for any set period of time, it can take anything from an hour to most of the day - it's why we're all here on the forum right now :D

    average 8-10 hours ...
somedays 4, other days 12 or even longer,...

just forget mondays as a day to play
(unless its a american holiday, then the maintenance is rescheduled to tuesday ...
(its a EU holiday monday now and im staring at the maintenance screen))

Unlike many other MMO's you do NOT get 30 days. At least 30 days of ESO+. You get your active free account.

He's talking about what comes with the game and not what you get while being subbed. This is indeed some hundred crowns.
