Greetings.
I don't know how common that problem is, but since I haven't read anything about it so far: Placed crafting stations, aswell as Banker/Merchant/Fence and the Target Skeleton become sometimes not useable for anyone. They -are- placed correctly, and it works at first. But everytime I come to the Island, I always have to poke them with the Housing Editor to make them work again. It happens to me and everyone else who visited us there. Considering the initial cost for the Island, I hope this can be addressed, even tho it's not -that- important.
