Bugged Alchemie Formula (Dres Lantern, standing)

I just got a new Recepie, on which I knew i dont have it yet, even the Item tag said its known to this character.
If I check my Alchemie Table crafting options, its also not there to craft it.

maybe the name is wrong, cause the Hlaalu Lantern, standing uses the excact same ammount of the same mats, or there's another problem with it.
