My Shackle Control Stone does not animate

hi, I've created an ingame ticket and received a reply telling me to put my problem/bug into this forum to get fixed. I purchased the shackle control stone from cold harbor about 3 weeks ago, when it was first released for sale. when I first set it out at my house I did notice the outline wasn't yellow or green but only white. I kinda put it down in a hurry and was going to go back to it soon. so I played around with it about 3 different occasions to get it to work till I wrote a ticket on the bug. I have other animated objects that I have had none of the same problem as this piece. can u please fix it, the stone is at my beach house. thank you very much.
