Addon for stats display without CP

I've been looking for an addon that can display no cp stats next to regular stats like the picture below, i have no clue if someone has seen something like it and could give me a heads up

I don't believe it is possible to get your stats with "no CP" in the game unless you are actually inside a zone where CP is disabled (in which case you wouldn't have access to your "with CP" stats). In theory you could use the stat calculations from our build editor (http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildEditor) to directly compute the "no CP" stats but this is horribly complicated and not recommended.
