Ancestor Silk show in inventory, but can't craft with it

I was low on Ancestor silk, bought some via guild store-- got it instantly! Yea! But when I go to craft with it, it's not showing up. I can retrieve it from my craft bag-- shows up in inventory, but not when I craft. Anyone know about this? Is it an unintended bug that came along when guild store sales happen quicker now?
