How much dps can you pull on a 3mil target skeleton?

On my Breton magicka Templar, she can only do 18k dps, 2min 50 sec.
5 Julianos, 5 SPC, 2 skoria, all gold gear divines.
Dual swords, lightning staff backbar.
Using dropped normal magicka pots.
She has managed to beat VMA, but still I can't believe the dps is so low...
Is Templar really that bad or I sucked so bad?

You're missing major sorcery buff, skoria is not that good as you expect and spc is healers set (even if you get procs while using puncturing sweeps).

And still u had rotation problems

Stam Sorc here, Bosmer. My highest DPS on the dummy is 26.5k, but it spent a lot of time below that.

I use the typical rotation of a stam sorc (buff-injection-endless hail-trap-twin slashes-rapid strikes). I'm running Velidreth, 5p Hunding's and 5p Spriggan.

Tested Dragonknight, Nightblade, Sorcerer, Templar and Warden (all magicka) and with all of them I got around 32k solo buffed. When someone is giving me sustain support I can switch to Thief mundus and I get 35-40k.

• I applied Elemental drain on my own
• All the testings were done with trial setups - CP's, gear and skills
• I used Atronach mundus to get better sustain, though would have not had to use it for all classes.
• I also used Witchmother's potent brew food.

Gear:

• Grothdarr (Dragonknight and melee Templar) or Ilambris (Nightblade, Sorcerer, ranged Templar and Warden)
• Julianos (Nightblade and Templar), Burning spellweave (Dragonknight) or Necropotence (Sorcerer and Warden)
• Willpower jewelry (all) - because Minor slayer does not work
• Maelstrom inferno staff and random (non-set) lightning staff or Moondancer dual swords (melee Templar only)

Healer here. A bit of dps only because a few of her healing/support skills do some dps secondary to their primary support purpose.

Would feel better if the skellie report would give me hps (healing per second) - that would be some nice numbers. Lol.

Thief Mundus
1 recovery enchant, 2 spell power.

Using Essence of Spell Power on cooldown.

Bar 1 (Dual Wield -sharpened) : Puncturing Sweep, Vampires Bane, Purifying Light, Radiant Destruction, Inner Light
Bar 2 (Lightning Staff - charged): Elemental Drain, Channeled Focus, Blazing Spear, Wall of Elements, Inner Light

Could get 32-33k completely self buffed pre-morrowind (didn't need Channelled Focus), now I can just barely get 30k.

I've suggested that skeletons should do a small multi-damage attack every second (like 5 damage each of physical/fire/ice/lightning/magic) just to properly proc sets and bonuses, like Constitution for example.

Hopefully they get on that some day.

I don't have any real interest in the endgame PvE realm of vet trials, so I tend to settle for whatever I can pull so long as I feel it's enough to get me through a dungeon on vet. At the moment, my main seems to be in the 20-25k range, depending on exactly how much I lag. She's an Argonian magicka Templar in 5 Burning Spellweave, 2 Grothdarr, 3 arcane Willpower jewelry, and 2 sharpened Torug's Pact swords on her main bar with a sharpened inferno staff on her back bar. Everything is gold except for the jewelry. Running the Thief mundus stone with magicka poisons on back bar to help with sustain.

She used to be in the 25k-30k range, but whatever. I just don't care anymore.

Normal parses are 38-41k with trials setup inferno back bar
Highest parse is 44.8k with max dps setup inferno back bar

With the gear and rotation and setup here - it comes down to frag procs and crits... you get like 12-15 procs you're going to parse well over 40k - fewer than 8 you'll parse probably below 40k - fewer than 6, bad RNG - you'll parse in the high 30's.

CP: 100 ele expert / 75 thaumaturge / 22 elfborn / 3 staff expert

For motionless single target 3 mill hp enemy:
Skills: front- force pulse/crystal frag/pet/inner light/Aegis - Shooting Star
Skills: back- Liquid Lightning/ flame wall/ daedric prey/pet/Aegis - Shooting Star

Rotation:
Pet-Barswap-LA-Prey-LA-LL-LA-Flame Wall-Barswap-LA-ForcePulse/CrystalFrags(x4-5)-Pet-Barswap- repeat

Ulti on cooldown - activated from front bar and counted as 1 spammable
If Executing, your Rotation is (at 20%) - LA-LL-LA-Wall-LA-Pet-LA-Execute(x4-5)-repeat until dead

Skelly opener:

Not quite sure? I've never actually fought one all the way to the end - too boring! But 15K-20K is the range for the time I've actually bothered (without potions or ults). Mostly a solo AoE/utility kind of build - mines, LL, WoE, frags, crushing shock, wrath, and lightning staff light/heavy. For utility, hardened & healing wards, power surge, and streak. Ults ice comet and atro. 5pc Magnus & Elegance.

Rotation? Nah! For trash single target I hardcast frags into wrath and follow with CS/LA/frags weave (though they are often dead after frags/wrath opener). For trash groups I drop mines, LL, WoE, and then lightning heavy. Frags/wrath/CS as seems appropriate. For bosses it is usually a resource exercise in keeping surge, hardened, LL, WoE up, and then trading off heavies vs CS/LA/frags (so that's what was used on the skelly). Together it's enough for me to solo with zero-to-few deaths on at least the non-DLC normal dungeons and most world bosses, and all but a couple of things in Crag. I have little interest in MSA, trials, or vet group dungeons as I relish my impulsiveness and time flexibility in-game.

In all, I find it fun and it isn't "ugly" (monster sets). I also run pretty much the same when I PvP, with a couple of skill swaps.

16k on average with my khajiit stamblade. Not great, but she gets the job done.
19k in dungeons lately. New patch did me some good, however very low health and sustain issues.
