Destructive Touch/Clench/Reach's DoT does -not- proc enchantments.

Hey guys, just thought I'd throw this out there. I was working on an enchantment intensive build today when I noticed that, while my Wall of Elements (as was observed in some of the older patch notes a little while back) was proccing the enchantments on my staves reliably, the DoT from my Flame, Shock, and Frost Clench and Touch wasn't proccing them at all. The initial, Direct Damage still procs said enchantments though, but the lack of DoT coverage with these enchants is severely limiting, and I believe unintended.
Anybody else having similar issues?
