In order to continue the Dark Brotherhood main quests do you have to be a certain level and is there anywhere where I can see the requirements to continue main quests?

mesmerizedish✭✭✭✭✭You don't have to be a certain level. You DO need to reach a certain rank in the Dark Brotherhood skill line, which you can accomplish by the daily sacraments and repeatable jobs. You can probably see the requirements for a given quest on that quest's UESP page.1 -
