Bots/Grinders in Camlorn

Running through the main Glenumbra questline and I've come across bots and grinders pulling all the werewolves into a big group and nuking them down. This wouldn't be an issue if it weren't for the fact that the werewolves are required for the main questline

Have seen them, have reported them, but my ticket is still open... about a month now.

I've never understood the need to grind in a game where the content scales to your level, but as long as they're willing to group people who are on the quest, it's not really game breaking. Are they willing to group people who need the quest mobs?

Nope as after they finish a loop, they tuck themselves into a corner and send out a few more people

I have come across these users multiple times the past few weeks, and I came across them yet again tonight and it puts a bad taste in my mouth that this still hasn't been dealt with when I've submitted tickets as well.

If it helps tracking them down, seems the grinding/botters come late in the night; it's 5:00 AM EST for me.
