Problem with Break CC since morrowind
First off :
The problem with a break CC in this patch are in Open PvP , PvE and duel ( also with LOW ping )
Before Morrowind it could happen occasionally cannot break the CC . In Morrowind Is almost sure can not break the cc ; is irritating ....
In my Dueling guild people notice the same .
( the problem is also there binding break-free on a key )
