Hi,
Currently on xbox one I'm getting really bad stuttering. The following places are the worst:
Opening the world map, zooming in and out or moving the map around, the stuttering is so bad that zooming in or out the game freezes for almost a second.
After a loading screen when turning the camera, it seems like the framerate drops to below 5fps.
Using a skill in an instance/dungeon, skills like liquid lighting and the proc of ilambris makes it stutter really bad, for a second impossible to turn the camera or do anything.
Mounting my doom wolf I have no issues but mounting my wild hunt wolf where there is this green leaf animation it stutters really bad.
Using certain skills the audio stutters / lag.
What I have tried so far:
I moved my game from the internal hdd to a 2TB western digital drive (external raid drive) and also to a 256GB sdd, no improvement.
Cleared my blu-ray application's cache (Post on the internet suggesting the refresh rate might be locked to 24hz. I never use this app.).
Deleted my save game from Elder Scrolls Online.
I contacted my TV manufacturer and tried everything they advised (currently no issues with other games) as I found posts on the internet relating to TV issues:
Setting TV to game mode,
Turning off adaptive contrast,
Turning off noise reduction,
Turning off dynamic mode,
Turning off THX sound,
Turning off RGB color thingy.
Turning off Smooth Motion. (TV has 120hz refresh rate and 800 Smooth motion rate)
I cannot turn off the 4k resolution upscaling, no option.
Any ideas or suggestions would be welcomed as my gameplay experience is currently really poor.

Have you looked into your network access? You really need to be hard-wired and not using wifi. Do you have an older modem from your provider? If you have an older modem, there may be an issue there .....
Just some suggestions .....
FYI ..... the map will stop/pause for a second as you are zooming in/out. IE: from Evermore, Bangkorai the may will pause for a second while zooming out to Bangkorai and pause a second time while zooming out of Bangkorai to the full map. It has been this way since the release on the XB1 and think it is part of the game mechanics .....
reinstal
Thanks, I will give it a go and provide feedback.Have you looked into your network access? You really need to be hard-wired and not using wifi. Do you have an older modem from your provider? If you have an older modem, there may be an issue there .....

I have a 100mbps down and 50mbps up fibre connection, all ports tested and open. Don't really have network issues on any other games at the moment, using new hardware from ebiquity and tp-link. Everything is 1gbps wired, no wifi.
I also tried to reset the alt mac address and tried google's dns, no change.
To be honest I'm only seeing these issues in Elder Scrolls Online.
Please post the link .....Unfadingsilence wrote: »reinstal
