Broken Item Set
To cut my rant short... it seems like every build I make with different and unique sets is horrible because they are broken somehow..
The recent change to Stygian Set... IT does not work, I am not sure if it is because the game no longer determines you to be stealthed or not but there is no increase to damage. Repeated Attempts to get it to work in multiple fashions still did not make it work..

mook-eb16_ESO✭✭✭✭5th bonus is magick damage only so light and heavy attacks don't count. even if it wasn't bugged it would not be as good as it was.0

adrien.constanseb17_ESOSoul ShrivenI had the same issue after morrowind, but before it also was bugged : if you had food adding regen the set wasn't effective. it was only with max mage and health food.
