Leeching Vines Question

I haven't gotten to it yet, but has anyone had a chance to try out Leeching Vines? Does it apply minor life steal to one target at a time, or to all enemies that hit the one effected by Leeching Vines?

✭✭✭From my own time running the skill, I have seen it apply life steal to anyone that damages the person with the vines on them without a delay.1 -

Should be all enemies. Never seen any limit here. But if so it should be added to the tooltip. It's refreshing the minor lifesteal every time the attacker attacks so I guess there's no internal CD or any max cap.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Anyone that hits the wrapped up player gets debuffed with Minor Lifesteal. No matter how many hit him.
Very uesful to put on a tank in dungeons/trials for instance
