After I declined the duel, he hopped around and shot stuff at me for a LONG time, then went up close to me and I could tell he was trying to whisper to me, only I'd disabled whispers, so .... LOL! Too bad, buttwaffle.
And he was WAAAAAAYYYY higher level than me, because I was playing the character I'd started literally yesterday (!!!), and he was between CP 200 and 300, so, um ... I guess he just wanted to beat up on a lower-level character to stroke his ego, or something?

Mh, in my opinion this could have used more drama. Kinda bland, no real visuals and not enough specifics, in between 200-300 CP does not capture my imagination - 4/10 I'd say, basically because you used smileys, caps and three exclamation marks in a row.

That is why I have auto-decline on and chat window closed. I play the game for my own enjoyment, not to stroke someone's ego.

Better than the dude in VIvec City who spent two hours spamming.. "I will give a X motif to anyone who duels me."

Player called him out in zone chat for loosing the duel and logging out to avoid giving the motif. He was quiet after that.

I have Auto Decline on and it amuses me the reactions I get from the declines. They stand in front of me doing a Bash or fire attacks at me or whatever. I let them vent their spleen and then run off and do what I want to do in the game and ignore them.

Yeah, I have auto-decline on, too. It's hilarious. I can't imagine why someone would take it personally that you don't want to do any dueling at that moment.

I have auto decline on as well. I will occasionally turn it off and duel with friends but I've never noticed anyone reacting poorly to me for it.

I have the bad habit of semi-AFKing near the wayshrine, and it takes me a while to react to the request. If you can't send two requests at the same time (never tried) then I may have annoyed lots of those duelers by accident.

Yep, If someone pulls that crap with me, I just lose them by running into a building and immediately back out. If they follow me, I'll be gone by the time they load in and back out. If that doesn't work, then I just use the "teleporter" addon to teleport to the same zone I'm currently in. Most of the time, it just takes me back to the wayshrine I'm at. Guy thinks I ported away and goes off to bug someone else.

There was some *** running around the battleground battlemaster area in Vivic City last night spamming duel invites to people. Seen a couple who basically unknowingly started duels because they were waiting for BG Q to pop and just hit the button thinking it was that and not a duel.

Yay for my auto-decline. I'd have probably done it too. I don't have any interest in duelers epeen measuring.

Well, on the bright side, if a person is queueing for BG, he surely knows how to take care of himself in a fight.

I have auto decline on also, it would be realy cool when auto decline gets triggered that my character then has a "flip the bird" emote giving the prepubescent dueller the finger!
