Do you wish you were "known" for your Character name rather than your Username?

Coming from Guild Wars 1-2, you were recognized after your character name rather than your username. Which one would you prefer? Pros and cons in-game?

I would prefer that people only see my character name instead of both my username and character name. Less clutter on screen.

One thing that can be annoying is if you PvP a lot and you jump on a low level character. People will come after you

I don't know about PC. But on console people recognize you after your username. This poll is asking if you'd prefer being recognized after your Character Name rather than your Username

For the time being just consider that perhaps Khajiit has been locked in the lighthouse by the authorities and is presently busy trying to wreck a few cargo ships full of delicious booze to pass the time yes.

I dont really care but Ive been thinking what if some in-game rewards had something to do with the forums. Lets say you're rank 30 in Cyrodil, so you get something for your forum Avatar. Forum dwellers are probably too little for that. Yup, in-game rewards for Forum would be great way to lure people to the forums, if thats what we want.

Spent 6 years previous in EVE online called Turelus. Or Tur, or Turd from my fleet commander
