Immovable pots give cc (knockback, fear, stun) immunity and dont have anything to do with roots or slows.

Zos has done what they can to cap move speed to double normal move speed (so that nightblades can't run as fast as a horse)

I'm talking about movespeed reduction, such as the 40% from the chilled effect, the 70% slow from Sleet Storm, the 60% from Blockade of Frost, and the 60% from the AoE effect from Winterborn.

It seems it's multiplicative. I tested it some time ago using a magblade with lotus fan and debilitate. Despite both skill, the objective moves (slower, but still moves).
