Does the new Warden class look useful for stamina BOW builds?

still on the fence about getting this new Morrowind DLC. I've always loved archer builds in the Elder Scrolls, but never really found anything I liked in the vanilla classes. I thought maybe a few veterans here had looked at the new class and had thoughts on whether it looked good for this type of play. I was thinking it might be something I'd get just for some PvE on the new content, as I don't really do endgame grinding or anything. Although I do have one character with maybe 200 CP and decent crafting skills (but not endgame abilities).

I read some info from Bethesda/Zenimax about how the new content is going to be really accessible for people who just want to approach it like an RPG, which is what I'm in the mood for. Starting fresh with a new character and unlocking everything naturally. But I'd really like to do a dedicated bow build if I can. Is this feasible? What's the best bow race to start with?

PVP Bow Build: yes
PvE Bow Build: probably no

Spec'd right, anything will work. I've seen a few bow warden's running around...so yes, it's viable.

Just curious, you say you've seen them running around...I thought the Warden released along with the DLC on June 6th...?

Those that pre-orderd the expansion have been able to play on since May 22

Average bow build should be viable for pretty much everything except SoH dungeons and vTrials. A good bow build might be able to tackle even those. Probably not on the leaderboards level though.

That's what I was looking for ... thanks.

One question though...I looked at the new skill lines, and see most are based on magic (a few stamina morphs). Does this mean I wouldn't get a lot of use from the new stuff?

A lot of stamina builds only use a few class skills.

It's good to have your heals come out of a pool other than your main damage pool - otherwise, when you're out of Stam, you can't heal. That said, as a Bow Stam Warden (only 153 atm though) I currently only have 1 Mag skill on my bars - Green Lotus, which gives me health back on every light and heavy attack, AND Major Savagery (Weapon Crit increase of 2191) for 20 seconds.

My Dual Wield bar gives me back health on 2 skills, and I have Soothing Spores as stamina. Though I could also put Corrupting Pollen on the back bar instead of Spores, it's mag, too.

The warden class has many abilities that work extremely well with ranged builds -- including Stamina morphs. In particular, Subterranean Assault and Cutting Dive. IMO, it's the best ranged class.
