How to start a daily on a new toon

I can't start any daily crafting quest on my new toons.

I've already done the tutorial quests related to the professions.
My toon is level 4.
There's no quest to accept...

    Was it the same day you completed the tutorials you can't get writs or they're not coming up at all now?

    I know I saw a thread from another player saying how you can't bank writs any more (hold one back and complete two on one day) so I am not sure if this could be related.

    You have to be L6.

    The problem is you should not even be able to do the Intro Quests until L6 either.

    Anyway, get to L6 and the Writ Boards will be open for you.

    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    Whoa...we can't "bank" our crafting writs anymore? Man...I do that sometimes when I don't have much time to play and I just log in on all my toons to get their crafting dailies and then do them and the next ones the next day. Bummer if we can't do that anymore. I guess they're wanting to make them like the other dailies. Must be another way for them to try to cut back on the number of MWs we can get.
