Why is immobilization not considered a disabling effect?

It stops the player from moving, so why is the potion of immovability ignoring this effect?

    Well, a disabling effect in ESO would be anything that prevents you from using abilities, blocking, or attacking. It's arguably vague though, I agree.

    Because it adds more depth to combat having different forms of control!

    Oh it for sure does, and I'm glad that it isn't actually effected by the immovability pot. but it's rather inconsistent.

    Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.
