Questing Glitch

I was about half way through silver about 8 months ago when I sort of stopped playing, anyways long story short today I randomly came across the beginning of the save Valenheart quest, completed it and got the skill point, the thing is I have actually completed it before so I'm guessing I've somehow got a free skill point.
