Bouyant Armiger Body Tattoo is Bugged on Vampire Skin

Even though face tattoo is the same color as the body tattoo , as you see in the screenshot , it is barely visible . This is not the case for non-vampire characters . Is this intended ?

    From the way tattoos in general work with vampires, I am guessing the body is displaying 'correctly' while the face is not. All tattoos get washed out with the vampire skin effect.

    It's something weird with how body tattoos work in general. using a body tattoo on a khajiit currently removes the fur pattern. but using a face tatoo does not (remove the face fur pattern).
