They sure now, I believe forums are one reason why people are still buying 3 year old game, if forums was dead they wouldnt buy it, I reckon. Yeah, Ive tried to tell them start to do the surveys, its time to activate the forums and community big time, lure people to the game thinking they can change the game and their thoughts matters.

Yup, activate the forums and community for 1-2 year until next Expansion/Big-thing comes, that sounds like a plan to me.

Compared to other MMO's this just here for us. Zos just randomly pokes in and cleans up and vanishes.

Agreed, they gotta do in-game Surveys. Not just in-game but ask stuff around the game industry everywhere, just to bring people. I think people would buy the game if they thought they have a chance to change it, yeah, lets just do massive PR-stunt, if we need to become a-hole magnet, lets do it, if asked from me, after 3 year thats quite achievement, lets invite everybody!
