Well, I wouldn't say ESO exactly has one...
I mean, sure. It has something called "Group Finder", but it was very broken last time I checked
(Though on a positive note - can't believe I say it
- it does find the replacement fairly quickly now)

Yes but most MMORPG have even more advanced group find tools that allow players to create events, describe them and have other people join (within limit)
I think it should be the way to go for a mmo
