Lately I have been trying to purchase from the ESO crown store and gotten a error message telling me "authorization failed" meaning I can't complete the purchase I wanted to make.
This lead me to send a message to support which was replied with try again and try this XXXX with a list of troubleshooting, I tried that and nothing worked, then after about 20 mails back and forth with promises of escalating the ticket to a higher level of service and specialized team I have been notified that I can't EVER buy from them again,.... and I tried asking why? Can I atleast have some answers? And I got the same irritating reply about how sorry they are for the inconvenience and that they can't help me. Which in my mind translates to, sorry not our problem / we don't care, since that is their reply to everything I have sent them.
I wanted to play the game with my girlfriend who is asking me everyday what is going on, and I have tried asking them 1-5 times a day for the last week, with nothing but "sorry" "you probably did something wrong" to now "you will never be able to buy from us again", what is this? I have paid literally thousands of dollars to this game over the last 3 years and given constructive feedback and suggestions fighting for a better community as best I can while supporting them with thousands of dollars and hours ingame, I am maxed out done all the content and I just want to play the game that I have bought, why can't I get a satisfactory answer and why can't I just be allowed to play? I am close to a suicidal rage at this point and I am frustrated beyond belief, this is so unfair and I feel helpless, support is acting like a ignorant android spewing out apologies and irrelevant answers. What do I do?
