    I dont read anything about the "NPCs of darkness" in cyrodil at every ressource flag. Maybe i am wrong, but they should stop the permanent eclipse effect or not?
    Actually this npcs ignore you nearly complete or destroy you with more damage then they could do with 10x times from same dot for example...
