How does Radiant Aura (Templar - Restoring Light tree) works ?

Can someone explain me how this spell works ?



I have slotted this spell and I can understand the passives (10% improved stats regen) but I do not know whether the magicka restored per second is passive also or should I click on this spell whenever I get into combat.

The problem is when I click on this..there is no timed buff or anything which made me to think that the magicka restored per sec is also passive and I automatically get that benefit whenever in a combat with an enemy in the mentioned radius.

Need inputs plz

You need to click on this every 15 seconds afetr combat starts.

Careful, it pulls aggro, unless they fixed it in Morrowind.

Minor Magickasteal does NOT stack, it restores 300 magicka every second no matter how many debuffed enemies you hit in that second.

the active should be clear. it applies the minor magica steal debuff to all enemys. you attack this enemy and you get magica.
but Keep in mind that you can only have 1 buff active. so even if you hit 6 debuffed Targets you will only get 1 restore

the passive does exactly what is written there. as Long as you have the skill slotted into the ACTIVE bar, it will increase your
health, stam and magica recovery by 10%. there is no need to use the active for this effect.
Keep in mind.. you cant recover anything when your resources are full. and Keep in mind that infight recovery =/= out of combat recovery.
Also Keep in mind that this is not the only source for minor recovery buffs. Sorc empowered wards e.g. apply minor intellect too.
