Question Suggestion For crown store collection stuff.

I'm guessing this has probably been mentioned before. I would like to suggest that any type of DLC and collection Crown store item goes between EU and NA. Now obviously the characters don't move and if one has a motif then that doesn't mean I have the motif on the other mega server. But stuff like costumes, hats, DLC especially. I don't like the idea of having to rebuy dark brotherhood and thieves guild if I don't have a sub going at the time. I'm curious if I had bought the Gold Edition of the game instead of buying the DLC from the crown store, would I have it on both mega servers? I mean my Morrowind and imperial stuff carries over so I'm assuming it does, but for some reason, something like a DLC doesn't? Is there a gold edition upgrade instead of having to buy the full edition which I can't even do on this site. 
It would be nice that not only was there an upgrade the price checked against your game account to see oh he owns 3 of the 4 things so we discount this appropriately. I understand about the cosmetics and stuff, I don't like it but I understand. The DLC though and collection stuff in general, it doesn't though.
