Stam Sorc PvE Rotation?

I use to be a stam dk for pve was actually easy cause you only had to rely on the poisons but when I made the stam sorc been having the hardest time getting my damage up from the target skeleton been seeing 20k dps and few 24k dps's I just do not understand what am I doing wrong or missing.
