Console Stamblade preparing for Morrowind

Hey guys. I'm pretty much thinking I wanna run shacklebreaker when Morrowind drops but for the life of me idk what set to pair it with. Can I even pair it with a pure offensive set and will still sustain okay? (imperial). Will I just give in and farm moar bone pirate? (that shackle/bone pirate build seems really strong)
