Tribunal styled furnishings?

Is it possible to get the Tribunal style rugs and hangings as furnishings? I've noticed there's new symbols for all three Tribunal members annnnnd the old wall hangings from TESIII are also around. Basically I want to get a house for my Dunmer and have a shrine to Sotha Sil... so.... yeah are these items available?

And yes I already know about the Tribunal shrine you can get from the achievement vendor.
