Soul shriven in coldharbour quest bug

My character a warden. i made Vvardenfell, and i want continue in Glenumbra.
The main quest Soul Shriven in coldharbor, when say USE THE RIFT TO ESCAPE dont work me.
/reloadui dont work
/relog dont work
Cant teleport out, and cant abadon the quest.
I create another character and this work.

I CANT CONTINUE THE GAME. PLEASE HELP

    I have written gamesupport,( make a sreenshoot), and they helped me (moved out from prison).

    Hopefully they will repair this in future.

    As far as I know it won't prompt you to [USE] as containers etc. would. I remember just jumping off the edge and plummeting myself into the depths working fine for me. Even walking up close to the edge should trigger the rift.. I think. You could try turning off your add-ons if you use any. Or if you're really stuck you can always create a ticket - either through Support or by right-clicking your quest in your quest journal.

    Thanks the answers.I try off addons,but dont work.When i try jump , teleport me back at stairs.This character lv23, i finished vvardenfell,stros,benikth, and i dont want a new beginning. Write to support ingame,but no response.

    Hi! I have the same issue on XBox. And it's impossible to open a ticket in the game.

    Haha. I've found a solution for this problem. You cannot abandone the quest, or teleport out, can you?
    But you can start a campaign (I hope all of you are above lv. 10), and you can teleport to Cyrodiil, and from Cyrodiil take wayshrine to your original starter location - e. g. Stros M'Kai, and you can find the Prophet in the Spearhead, like before the Morrowind chapter. Cheers!

    Warjagos, isn't that cheating ;) - another solution similar to your own is to go to one of your houses. Going to your house from anywhere cost nothing !
