How do I extract the experience scrolls in mail?

I just noticed the game mail sent to me for pre ordering MW. It has some scrolls and maps in it. I don't know how to extract those items from mail. I dbl click on it and all I see is a menu to link in chat or help. How do I get these items? It says bind on pickup.

If you are on PC and using the mouse and keyboard, just hit 'E' to take all the items. If you are on xbox or are using the xbox controller on your PC, hit 'A' to take all items. If you are on playstation...........I don't know.
