Free crown crate for Pre-order, not accessible? BUG?

As far as I understood it, I was supposed to receive one free dwemer crown crate for the pre-order.

But when I go to crown crates window, it is empty, no crates, no khajiit guy with cards, nothing...

Am I supposed to activate it somehow first, or is it a bug?

    Fellow Khajiit checking if you placed a physical order or digital - for physical we need to wait till we get the code in our package and at that point we get all the other goodies also

    Have you checked when you're in Vvardenfell? Can't open the crate unless you're in the new zone afaik....

    I'm waiting for the physical copy as well but could open the crate in Vvardenfell.

    Also, if you have an addon like "No thank you" or some other interface changing addon sometimes that stops the whole Pacrooti deal from occuring

    You have to input the code on the main website then you get the pre order goodies the next time you log in.

    Yep you can. I opened mine in Alik'r and haven't been to Vvardenfell yet..

    well no, I have not imputed any code anywhere and I got the warden costume and the war dog, but not the crate

    @lardvader I opened mine in Deshaan. So this is false.

    This has to be a bug. I purchased the digital upgrade and didn't recieve any code at all. Everything went smooth, Vvardenfall accesible, pet, costume and crown crate where there. You should turn off all addons to see if that's the issue's cause.

    Well I don't know for sure to be honest but me and 2 of my friends who ordered the physical collectors edition did not see the crate in other zones than Vvardenfell. It might only happen with the physical pre-order or it might have been a delay to it so it was just a coincidence that it showed up for all of us when we got there.

    Not trying to spread false information but this is what happened to me and I thought it was worth checking out.

    That's strange, I had to actually input a code on the website for my pre order bonus, got absolute crap from the crate though.

    If you got Morrowind as a code from a third party vendor and did not get that extra code that @TheDarkoil mentioned, you will not get a pre order bonus at all..
