That's something people say right before they know a thread is about to get locked. I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you can make posts in this forum asking for others to send you gear or items. Its Always a good point to check the rules and guidelines before posting.

This is correct.

The forums would be full of WTB, WTS and WTT threads. It is even pointless for Zos to make a special section for such threads as many would ignore it requiring mods to move the threads. So best to just no permit them.
