Is there an addon anywhere that marks the location for Litany of Blood targets?

supaskrub✭✭✭✭✭took me less than an hour yesterday to kill my final 11 out of the 15.. uesp wiki site helped loads, just click on the characters name and in many cases it will tell you were to find them..

I guess my main problem is that there are always too many players in the locations, which slows down skins and npc's loading in.0
