Morrowind mod and node respawn and recipe drop rates

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand it, enemy spawn rates are supposed to increase proportional to the number of players in a given instance. The first delve I went into in Vvardenfell, a mine from the main story line, was swarming with players and the enemy respawn rate was quite high. There were always enemies to fight, even if there were players just ahead of you. Never a dull moment, it was great.

However, since then, I find myself very hard pressed to find enemies in other areas. Player count seems to be about the same, but I've run all the way through several delves (or mini-delves, or whatever they are) without seeing a single enemy. I often have to stand around for a minute or so in every room and corridor if I want to fight anything. Loitering my way through every area is less than exciting, so I think the spawn rates need to be adjusted to accommodate player count, especially while the zones are so new.

I also have noticed that material nodes seem to be very scarce, though that may be partly because my Warden does not have the Keen Eye passives yet. Has anyone else had a relatively difficult time farming nodes in Vvardenfell, compared to other areas, like Wrothgar and Craglorn?

I am having a similarly frustrating time finding the new furnishing recipes. I've been playing quite actively and have only found one new recipe, a Redoran carpet, which I stole from a crate. I've found numerous recipes for Dwemer jugs while in ruins, but all of the other recipes I've gotten on Vvardenfell have been either High Elf or Redguard, totaling about 5 or 6, which is still lower than normal for me. I hardly find any, and when I do they are almost always old ones that I already have. I also spent around 140 writ vouchers on the new purple and blue Hlaalu documents, and all of the recipes I got were old ones, and over half of them were ones I already knew. As a separate, but related gripe, I really don't like that the purple ones are now over twice as expensive. Getting 4 for what used to be the price of 10 feels like a big rip off.

Am I just unlucky, or have other people noticed these issues as well? Are there particular areas that are more likely to drop new recipes?
Cheers,

found this while doing the search before starting a new thread. in my experience at least - the drop rate for new recipes is abysmally low. I keep getting old green stuff. they either need to up the chances for new recipes to drop in Vvardenfell over old ones - by a LOT. or add new recipes to original zones.

also.. I have been trying to get people to gripe over new prices of Hlaalu documents for a while now, before early acess even started. I'm hoping that maybe more people start noticing now, and maybe we can convince ZoS to change them back? as it is - for a random recipe that has as much of a chance of being something that's been selling for under 10k as it is for something actualy genuinely rare? 25 vouchers is abysmally high, IMO
