Acount Page is Not Working.

I went to the Account page,
https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/
put in my user ID and Password and clicked the Sign In and the page refreshed , with no errors.

I have used IE and Firefox and had the same issue, I reset my Modem, I turned off anti virus and firewalls and even used another computer, with the same result, the Account Sign In Page just refreshes.

I can't access my account page, I can't buy crown's , I can't buy Morrowind , I can't extend my subscription.
The only thing I have done recently was to download and play on the PTS Morrowind , when I received an invite to play the closed beta test . Since that was closed and a couple patches I haven't been able to access the Account Page, from Canada.

Also from the ESO Launcher client, account tab, with Firefox as the default browser takes me to this page

I can't get pass the PLEASE ENTER YOUR DATE OF BIRTH page . I enter a birth-date, click the submit and the page refreshes back to the

web page.

I have 2 accounts and have sent in tickets without any response.

What's going on ? please fix this issue, thanks .

    I pinged the account page, and got this report back

    As the packets are being sent and received to ZENIMAXMEDIA there seems to be some conflict of some of the ISP that these packets have to go through to make the connection to the ZENIMAXMEDIA account page and ZENIMAXMEDIA Client Launcher

    From the Game Client Launcher / Tab Account , sends me to

    which you have to enter your Birth date to enter the account page , but the page refreshes , instead of going to the account page.

    That being said I can play the game for free so I'm not totally locked out of the game just the DLC and other crown shinnies.

    Try a hard refresh of the page using F5 and that should release any bad cache for the page, try a couple times. Also you can try deleting your cookies. Have you tried using chrome. I use chrome myself and never had an issue.
