Imperial Prison boss - FPS loss

I have around 60 anywhere in the game.
But at the Imperial Prison boss when there is x2 vortex spinning around and that get together I get 0-2 fps so the game more or less freezes until I get sucked in and die. Then it go back to normal FPS?? Have anyone tried that before or know how to fix it?

This also happens if I set video settings on lowest.

Right now I can't compleat Imperial Prison unless I'm with a god group that can do it without me.

My brother had this exact same issue on that boss fight. 60 fps everywhere and 2 fps on the boss. No idea why because on my pc it is fine.

Nope, he has quit playing since 5 months. But this issue has existed for some time I'm sure.
