So.. played my first Battleground

So I just played my first Battleground. Was matched against a Premade and we were completely stomped. On top of that I was hit with a deserter penalty. Premades are no fun to play against, but come on ZOS I stuck with the slaughterfest. I didn't deserve a Leaver Penalty. I guess No dungeon runs and no BG's. As much as I hate cyrrodil I guess I'll go back there -_-

Battlegrounds are only good if you have (deleted forgot CP disabled) specific skills picked with specific morphs with specific gear and specific weapons. If you do not have the exact prescribed PVP build you will just die constantly and be no use to your team, which I guess could be considered fun for some but not me. I tried and it was not fun. My characters with PVE builds died within seconds and were not able to fight back.
I wont be queuing up battleground either because none of my characters are built for pvp and the game does not have a simple method to quickly swap between builds. For example my sorcerer has clanfear morphed which is useless in pvp but I not running to a shrine and redoing all of my morphs just to switch one spell for battlegrounds.

CP are disabled in battlegrounds, you can have either max or just 10, it would be the same. Besides, the max is 630, not 650. I use the same character in PVE and PVP, as CP don't matter in battlegrounds anyways.

Gear is important, of course, as it is in PVE. Good PVP gear = Better PVP performance.

OP sorry you had bad experience on a batteground. My first one with randoms was also a disaster because people was focusing on killing each other instead of capturing the damn flag.

Don't get demotivated though, try to group up with some friends and even if you lose you'll see you will have more fun.

Make your own group then to compete.

It's not that hard. Use the skill's you displayed here QQ'ing to communicate with others in game.

forgot about CP being disabled.

But I also forgot about the next thing. Don't even bother trying BG unless you are level 50 because you will get stuck with fully skilled and developed lvl 50 characters with legendary gear proc instant kill sets and poisoned weapons.
Character levels are also a big problem of BG. They should have split up the level ranges.
It makes no sense that a level 10 gets grouped with a level 50.

The whole thing is a mess. Just save yourself the hassle and don't do them.

How about the main problem I really wanted to complain about with my QQ'ing is the damn "LEAVER PENALTY". I guess for some to have a bad experience with something that SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED IN BETA is to much to ask for. So i'll QQ as much as I like on these forums until the problem is addressed since I paid my share for the expansion. That's what these forums are for. Normally I don't complain to much, but with this it's unnacceptable.

My first was a 2vs2vs Premade. That was over really quickly.
Untill the fix so you do not start with uneven teams BG's are not a thing for me.

It is made on purpose so you will feel miserable for paying 40$ making ZoS rich and lazy. Get used to it, fanboy.
