API to tell you when to dodge/interrupt/cleanse ect? ZOS what

I know they've been around for a while, but addons that tell you when to dodge, interrupt, cleanse, ect. are just ridiculous. Why telegraph abilities then? Why waste processing power on particle effects? Someone running away can dodge every attack not by seeing the enemy but by simply staring at the popup window. They gave us the ability to see buffs/debuff in the settings, but it's pointless and redundant when there are addons that tell you how and when to react like a Tamrielic combat dance dance revolution.
