Loading Screens in Battlegrounds

The Last 3 times I've tried to queue for a BG I was in a group and ready to go then I get a loading screen for about 10+ minutes, I decide to exit out of ESO and not surprisingly I've gotten the deserter penalty and have to wait for close to 10 minutes to queue again. Anyone else having this problem, is there a way to fix it?
