Do you weave? Do you use weapon enchantments, what mundus are you using? How are your CPs allocated?

What potions are you using? Same ults?

Gear and stats are only about a third of it

Are you running out of stamina while fighting? Getting around 10k with your gear seems to me that there's something going on during the fight that's limiting your output, would it be possible for you to post a video of you DPSing a target skeleton? While not a perfect measure of DPS, it would be helpful in identifying things that are holding back your damage output.

I agree with the above. I find it odd you're getting such a low number especially with your knowledge.

With Morrowind you will need to put a stam reg glyph on at least one jewelry piece (your stam recovery is too low) and a return stam glyph on one of your weapons. I use one sword and one axe. You will also of course need food and potions.

Silent strikes, endless hail, poison arrow, rearming trap, switch bar, blood craze (as of Morrowind) steel tornado or rapid strikes. Repeat as needed weaving light attacks to build ult and heavy to regain stam. Execute with killers blade or incap strike.

DPS is of less importance as of Morrowind. What is more important is group co-ordination and the proper execution of dungeon mechanics. No more will groups ignore mechanics and burn everything down.

Your build is just fine and you will be able to complete 90% of most content. Better is Twice Fanged, Velidreth, Vicious Ophidian and Maelstrom weapons.

There is much wailing and the gnashing of teeth on the forums about NBs but you will be able to do the vast majority of the content in game. I suspect you will have fun despite the rivers of tears shed in the forums.

    Hi there,

These stats seem fine, but 10k seems really low. You should be able to do 15k-18k with these (even without pots).

You're on PC and have morrowind I assume?
Get the addons CombatMetrics and ActionDurationReminder, these let you control dots/aoes much better and give you a way to analyze your combat. Which skill contributes how much dps, what are your stats with buffs, how well can you keep your buffs active?

A few ways to increase dps:
    - Don't put all CP in one star, distributing them among the various options gives more dps. You want to have even points in mighty, thaumaturge, precise strikes and a few in piercing and master at arms. You want to have as many points as possible in mooncalf and tenacity.
    - Using flawless dawnbreaker on your main bar and ballista on the backbar can give a bit of a boost.
    - Your priority should be to keep up your dots and buffs. You can heavy attack or use spamable in between, so you don't run out of resources.
    - Make sure you have the right trait on your gear, preferably before upgrading. Weapons should come in sharpened, armor in divines.
    - You need to switch siphoning to leeching, otherwise you'll gain magicka.
    - You don't need to put more sustain on your gear. You can, but this isn't a big culprit.
    - You can use Dubious Camoran Throne as food for more regen, but also lose some health.
    - Level alchemy, so pots will last longer.
    - Going for a second 5piece usually gives more dps.Your options include Spriggan's, NMG, Bone Pirate's. It's ok if you only have the second 5p bonus active on the dw bar.

StamBlade works great as a stealth killer so I'd recommend a build that's primarily for stealing and assassinations to one-shot mobs from stealth with dual wield. An obvious master race Khajiit. That way first kill from stealth will always be critical and deadly, especially from behind. Also for dps a Redguard race to increase stamina is good.
Maxed out CPoints allow also to maximise stamina attribute points while putting nothing to health and still hp is around 18-19k with proper gears. Not sure if that's best but I usually put 75 CP for each spell resistance and physical resistance to boost health stat.
As for the glyphs, I'd put all jewellery with gold glyphs to increase weapon damage, and gold poison glyphs for both daggers. Currently gold glyphs sell for 3-3,5k gold so an obvious choice for weapon (I also craft and sell them in this price on PC).

Regarding CP one more thing, it's a waste now to maximise only single CP passive by putting all 100 points - I'd say in most trees 75 per passive is max (with some exceptions), more is just wasting points - observe how much the percentage progress slows after 70-75.
