As the title says, this NPC appears without his left arm.

I saw at least 2 other NPCs with the same bug, one of them part of the Main MW quest. Possibly related to the armour style.

That was Chodala.

This appears on quite a few other NPCs as well.

Ruined my immersion.

Well could be worse, the one I saw was missing both his arms. This one appears to have gotten off lucky

I have noticed this too, but only on ghostly NPCs so far. One was the ghost of

the mysteriously disappeared brother in one of the main quests, where you help the female Morag Tong assassin)

, who was missing both upper arms, and the other was another ghost I met in one of the ancestral tombs (I can't remember which one, I think it was the tomb you enter to complete a quest where

you need to find a spear relic that killed Skar the giant crab)

. I think this one was missing only one arm.

It's always only one or both upper arms, not the whole arm/s.

At the end of the quest chain where you are sent Ibaal he is completely mussing . quest an Armengers Duty
